A national voluntary health organization whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. March of Dimes educates medical professionals and the public about best practices; supports lifesaving research; provides comfort and support to families in NICUs; and advocates for those who need it most, moms and babies.
