Weatherization Program assists low-income individuals and families to permanently reduce their energy consumption and increase energy efficiency, thereby reducing the cost of energy bills.
Energy audits are conducted in the home by our staff of qualified and friendly auditors. Energy audits will determine the need for insulation, weather-stripping, air sealing, pipe wrapping, and replacement of windows. Must meet income eligibility guidelines.

Food Bank and Commodities Distribution: Monthly distribution of canned goods, pasta, grain, juice, peanut butter, rice and flour and other foods as contributed through the State of Rhode Island and purchased through the Rhode Island Food Bank. Available to low income residents of Johnston, North Providence, Smithfield, Burrillville, North Smithfield and Glocester.
RI Good Neighbor Energy Fund: Funds disbursed, may only be used for costs related to heat.

LIHEAP:Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, offers assistance with managing costs associated with home energy bills.
