Planned communities that provide space on a rental or purchase basis and access to utilities for individuals who own a manufactured or mobile home unit or a tiny house and require a space or lot on which to situate it. Some of these parks have homeowners associations that maintain common areas which may include recreational facilities; and some also rent mobile homes.
