Portable Cooking/Serving Equipment Code: TH-1700.1600-630 Cooking equipment such as stoves, ovens, griddles and fryers; serving equipment such as hot food tables, cold food tables (e.g., for salad bars) and beverage dispensers; and food storage equipment such as refrigerators and freezers that can be moved into an area that has experienced a disaster or other emergency and used to prepare and serve food to people who no longer have their own food preparation facilities.
